摘要
The dynamic change and diversity of bacterial community in sludge compost technology was studied using DGGE fingerprint atlas technique. The period of sludge composting process with biological technique was less than 8 days. The DGGE fingerprint atlas and pairwise similarity coefficient Cs value were analyzed for the sample of each technologic link in sludge compost. It was discovered that Cs value of microecological structure was higher and higher with the reaction in progress continuously, showing the microbial community structure being more and more stable. It was confirmed that the sludge microecology could rapidly screen out the priorities and discard off the inferior, adjusting the internal bacterial community structure, thus reaching the purpose of adaptable environment. The priorities formed in the fermentation process could maintain stability for a long time.
