摘要
A 3-D elastic-plastic finite element method for FCC metal (FEPM-3DFCC) was developed which induced a rate independent polycrystal model to calculate plastic strain. The paper investigated the texture evolution and non-uniformity in plastic anisotropies of aluminum sheet under six typical stress states, such as uniaxial tension and compress, biaxial compress, plain strain, torsion and shear. At last the paper dealts with the numerical simulation of torsion-tension deforming and extrusion process of aluminum tube using the FEPM-3DFCC.
