摘要：
This paper reviewed the development of the study on supercritical fluid and its application to industry and agriculture. Supercritical fluid extraction, phase equilibrium of supercritical reaction have been discussed. A conclusion that the study of supercritical fluid has extensive application perspective on the world in the future was asserted. At the same time, some problems needed to solve in this kind of study were also mentioned.
