摘要
New possibilities for the investigation of the interaction of the local lubricant film formation and of the local surface structure during the cold deformation result from the scanning force microscopy (SFM) which was applied for the development of a measurement procedure for the determination of local lubricant film thicknesses. The SFM is actually the only procedure for the determination of local lubricant film thicknesses
