摘要
In order to offer theory reference for the widely use of lime-fly-ash loess in highway engineering, the triaxial and direct-shear tests are performed on lime-fly-ash loess to analyze its mechanical properties. The stress-straining curve, peak strength, remnant strength, elastic modulus and shearing strength of lime-fly-ash loess under different ambient pressures are measured through triaxial shearing test. By direct-shear tests with different water contents, the compaction degrees of lime-fly-ash loess, the cohesion and internal friction angle are measured. The results indicate that the peak strength, remnant strength and peak straining have straight line relationship with ambient pres-sure. Its destruction procedure can be explained with impairment. It shows that the linear increasing relation between cohesion and internal friction angle, nonlinear relation between cohesion and water content, and the linear decreasing relation between internal friction angle and water content. 3 tabs, 8 figs, 10 refs.
