摘要
A stringent technology management enables companies to identify suitable technologies, to develop these and to turn them into successful products. It is thus a key factor in ensuring sustainable company success. The Fraunhofer IPT, together with industrial consortia, carried out a benchmarking study on technology management. During the project, ten success factors for the design of technology management were identified. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG.
