摘要：
Nuclear power offers reliable, high quality, emission-free electricity at stable prices not dependent on weather, close to loads with a small footprint. Further, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has renewed licenses on 16 reactors at eight sites in seven different states. Most communities near the 60 or so current sites support the high paying jobs, clean air and property tax contributions to local schools and city services.
