摘要
A scalable design for a solid-state spin-based quantum computer with a single gate was described. Each logical qubit used in the design uses electronic and nuclear spin degrees of freedom. The number of gate operations were optimized by using SWAP operation for swapping information between the nucleus and the electron. The addressing of individual qubits by a magnetic field gradient and the implementation of one and two qubit quantum gates were discussed by sequences of radio-frequency and microwave pulses.
