Nowadays, the traditional manufacturing enterprise with its single service mode can hard ly meet the de mand of consumers. This paper will propose several hypotheses and reasonably select samples in a city of China. Through reliab ility test, valid ity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper aims to study the impact of service innovation and manufacturing servitizat ion on business performance. It is expected that the results of this study can be of certain significance to the development of manufacturing enterprises.
