摘要
This paper reviewed the theoretical and realistic background of market-oriented reform in tobacco industry, and analyzed and expounded upon the macro policy of tobacco industry reform with an aim to find out suitable path for cigarette marketing reform. It addressed the prospect of such reform and thus proposed suggestion and measures in tackling reform difficulties. © 2015, State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and China Tobacco Society.
