摘要：
Dome commutates atmosphere in high-speed flying. Also it can be used as optical window. Hot-pressed polycrystal MgF2 is usually used for making dome. The surface quality is influenced seriously by scatter grain of this material. Through high-speed polishing process, the surface quality can be improved with shorter polishing time, and production efficiency can be increased.
