摘要：
The implementation of a company wide electronic based document management system, by consulting engineer Sinclair Knight Merz, is discussed. This is an effort to improve collaboration amongst engineers, clients and trading partners. The system called WiSE (worldwide information-sharing environment) is based on the Livelink web enabled document management system from Open Text Inc.
