摘要
The globalization of markets requires an expansion of horizontal integration in order to control and manage the flow of materials and information across company boundaries. The decisive factor for this is the internal and cross-company sharing of data between all players in a supply chain network. Many companies currently fear that their data or specific know-how could be misused and passed on to unauthorized third parties. Therefore, the aim of this article is to highlight the role of trust in supply chain management (SCM) as an enabler for transparent value chains and to develop an appropriate model as a basis for quantification. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
