摘要
Apron board of high-speed train equipment compartment plays an important role in improving aerodynamic performance of train. Besides being subjected to vibration load, apron board also bears aerodynamic load. With continuous increase in running speed, aerodynamic load exerted on apron board becomes very strong. To ensure normal operation of high-speed train, fatigue assessment of apron board is particularly important. Here, aiming at non-stationary state vibration characteristics of apron board under aerodynamic load, the measured aerodynamic load was taken as input and the finite element (FE) simulation method was used to obtain impulse response function (IRF) of apron board, the time-domain convolution integration method was used to calculate the acceleration at the point whose acceleration was measured. The FE simulation model was verified by comparing its calculation results with measured data. The comparison results showed that the overall error is less than 10% . The FE simulation method was then used to calculate the dynamic stress of the concerned element, and the vibration fatigue strength analysis method was used for evaluation. The evaluation results showed that fatigue strength of apron board can meet requirements of train with a running speed of 400 km/h. © 2024 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society. All rights reserved.
