摘要：

In order to study the ability of distilled position of Kangaisan (in Chinese)on inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells, the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetric assay was used to observe the effect of kangaisan on cancer cells. The results demonstrated that the effects to hela cell of the PE position were enhanced as concentration increased. Three positions such as n-BuOH, PE and Volatile oils can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells.
