Mit dem Netzausbau-Beschleunigungsgesetz 2.0 nimmt der Gesetzgeber Akteure der Energiewirtschaft in die Pflicht, kleinere Erzeugungsanlagen in das Management von Netzstabilität und Engpass-Vermeidung einzubeziehen. Das heißt im Klartext: Der Redispatch-Prozess wird komplexer und kleinteiliger. Speziell Anschluss- und Verteilnetzbetreiber als auch Anlagenbetreiber sind gefordert, ihre Systeme für die kommenden Aufgaben fit zu machen. Anlass genug, sich mit dem Konzept "Virtual Power Plant“ als Anlagenleitsystem intensiv zu befassen. Umso mehr, da es den Boden für zusätzliche wertvolle Service-Aktivitäten im Energiemarkt ebnet.
