摘要
An introduction to the QCA (Quantum cellular automata) theory and the possible implementation of logical devices are described. Each quantum cell contains two electrons which interact with neighboring cells by Coulomb. The charge distribution in each cell tends to align along one of two perpendicular axes, which allows the expression of binary information. Using the arrays of quantum cells, various logic gates can been implemented.
