摘要
On the base of physico-mathematical apparatus; Describing kinetics of sintering the particles ensemble, within the frame of the single phenomenological approach, the computer mode of sintering spherical particles is created. Series of computational experiments were performed to justify adequacy of a model to the real physical process. Cluster organization of spherical particles sintered package structure was found. The implication of inheriting mesostructure during the sintering of monodisperse spherical particles packing is confirmed. Under conditions of computing experiment it is shown, that the border between the phases initiates generation and growth of a macropore. Speed of interphase sintering and contact area are the critical factors, determining macropore position and size.
