摘要
A bifunctional polymer (PEG-NHCH2COOH) with amino and carboxyl group was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution and hydrolysis reaction of methoxy polyethylene glycol tosylate (PEG-OTs) and methyl N-acetylglycinate. Next, a novel fluorescent polyethylene glycol amino acid derivative (B-BODIPY) was formed by PEG-NHCH2COOH through C-N covalent bonds to hydrophobic fluorescent dye fluorescence borondipyrromethene. Then, multifunctional borondipyrromethene polyethylene glycol manganese (II) nano-particles (G2MnNPs) were obtained by microemulsion self-assembly method after B-BODIPY coordinated with Mn(II) ion. The structure and morphology of nano-particles (G2MnNPs) were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Cell imaging and mitochondria imaging experiments showed that the G2MnNPs was a low toxic multifunctional tumor imaging agent and it possessed mitochondrial targeting, fluorescence imaging and magnetic resonance imaging in cancer cells. © 2016, Editorial Office of FINE CHEMICALS.
