摘要
The present article synthesizes the results of the investigation named Diagnostic and proposal for the effective design of the learning evaluation instruments based on the competences in the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga. It intends to analyze the techniques and instruments of the learning evaluation in the face-to-face undergraduate courses in the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (Santander, Colombia), based on their institutional approach. The investigation has a mix methodology, combining the qualitative aspect (focus group) with the quantitative one (questionings to both teachers and students). The results of the research are given based on the types, ends and competences that assess the perceptions and expectations of the docents, contrasted with those of the learners. From these inferences, some reflections on the strategies of evaluation of the learning within the framework of the educational relations of teaching and learning, own of the academic dynamics of the Institution are exposed.
