摘要
Self-healing control is a new concept of power grid security control and the development of SCADA and EMS. Based on the measurement of time process and with the prevent strategy, self-healing control has the capability of automatically anticipating and responding to disturbances while continually optimizing power grid performance. Making power grid run continuously without load loss is the goal of self-healing control. The 2-3-6 frame, including two control circles, three control layers and six control links, is a suitable architecture for self-healing control. The 2-3-6 frame naturally has the coordinative abilities and is an effective way to solve the contradicting problems between slow grid-decision process and fast local-controlling actions. Some important problems of self-healing control of power grid is also discussed.
