The Cu-Mn system is investigated to define a physical-and-chemical transformations, nature of phases formed and fields of them existence. The temperatures of anomalous changing in properties of alloys are revealed, that are equal to 473-513, 623-653, 753, 813-833, 933-973, 1053-1133 K. Quasieutectic transformation of alloys of the Cu-Mn system proceeds over the temperature range of 1053-1133 K. Transition from metastable into stable state with ordering decomposition or eutectoid transformation takes place below 873 K.
