摘要
Several benefits of using Java Automated Controller (JAC), a data acquisition software, in fuel retail sector are discussed. JAC allows the retailer to effectively manage environmental risks using sensitive remote data analysis systems. The increased sensitivity of the systems allows retailers to remotely identify over-dispensing pumps and cost-effectively manage their recalibration. It improves the efficiency of the fuel distribution system by peak demand looping and more accurate forecasting. The real time data of the systems can be used to diagnose faults in legacy devices and provide precisely targeted maintenance.
