Multiobjective order allocation optimization model of horizontal manufacturing collaborative alliance

摘要
To solve the order allocation problem of Horizontal Manufacturing Collaborative Alliance (HMCA), parameter of production load was introduced and a multiobjective optimization model was developed to minimize the comprehensive cost and balance the production loads among the selected manufacturing enterprises. Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II) was applied to solve the multiobjective optimization model. The optimal solution set of Parcto was obtained. Simulation results indicated satisfactory solutions by using the proposed model and algorithm.
