In this paper, flower-like ZnO nanocomplex which have uniform partical size was prepared with PEG-assisted hydrothermal method, and the products were characterized with SEM, XRD. The results showed that addition of surfactant (PEG 2000) and liquid ammonia had a direct influence on pattern of ZnO nanocomplex; the ZnO nanocomplex/ITO film were sintered at different temperatures. And photoelectrochemical properties of the ZnO nanocomplex were studied.
