摘要
The etherification process of FCC light gasoline is one of effectively producing clean gasoline processes. A process for removal of basic nitrogen compounds that can deactivate the etherification catalyst from FCC light gasoline by adsorption is studied. The influences of the modification methods of absorbent and the adsorption conditions on the removal of basic nitrogen compounds are investigated. The results indicate: adsorption can effectively remove the basic nitrogen compounds from FCC light gasoline and the adsorptive power of modified adsorbent increases greatly; the calcination temperature of 210 °C and the supported amount of 30% are best. Under the optimum conditions, i.e. temperature of 40 °C, space velocity of 0.5 h-1 and pressure of 0.5 MPa, the ability of modified adsorbent to treat the FCC light gasoline is 751.6 g/g. The removal rate of basic nitrogen compounds in FCC light gasoline is up 85%. Modified adsorbent possesses good reactivity and the capacity of regenerated adsorbent to treat light gasoline is equivalent to that of fresh adsorbent.
