摘要
3, 5-Dinitrobenzoyl-substituted β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) bonded stationary phase was prepared and the synthetic conditions were optimized by means of uniform design. The product was characterized by IR spectrometry, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the derivatized β-CD bonded phase was stable and suitable to both normal phase and reversed phase chromatography. It was used as the chiral stationary phase for the thin-layer chromatographic separation of chiral drugs and seven chiral drugs were completely resolved (α = 1.19 - 2.03) by using chloroform-acetone-triethylamine and acetonitrile-1% triethylammonium acetate (TEAA, pH 4.9)-acetic acid as mobile phases.
