Various features of the GearController&reg telediagnostic condition monitoring system, which are designed with Internet technology features are described. GearControllers are designed to monitor traffic-light frequency spectra and to send automatic alarm messages by e-mail if variations of the operating conditions are detected which may lead to a damage in the machines being monitored. Mobile vibration analysis being performed on a regular basis, by means of a GearController&reg, a valuable method to identify a defect in rolling elements of bearings or gears in its initial stage.
