摘要
In many organizations, the intangible assets have become the main revenue generators. Human capital is one such intangible asset and has an important role in the creation of value, which leads to the need for a better strategy to verify its performance. The present work deals with the importance of the implementation of a system of evaluation of human capital by highlighting the involvement of managers in this process, and by identifying existing assessment methods in organizations. Implementation of the evaluation system is absolutely necessary, considering that the trend of organizations is to surround the human capital performance.
