摘要
We demonstrated red, yellow, green and blue polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) with high performances using a conjugated polyelectrolyte electron injection layer and high work function metal (Ag). PLEDs using a conjugated polyelectrolyte layer show improved performances in terms of the luminance and efficiency, as compared to the devices without this layer. Furthermore, it is providing a new possibility of all solution-processed PLEDs with Ag electrodes. © 2013 Society for Information Display.
