In this paper, we report on the fabrication of color tunable quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QD-LED) using a hybrid ZnO@TiO2 as electron injection layer and ZnCdSeS QD as emitters. The color can be varied from yellow to white, and then blue during the applied voltage changing from 0 to 15 V. © 2014 Society for Information Display.
