摘要：

From the theory of dielectric breakdown, the mathematic method was used to describe the whole course during which the dielectric captured the electric charges that was emitted by electrode. This paper analyzed the dielectric breakdown character in detail and created a theoretical expression to describe that phenomena. Then the conclusions of theory were verified by the poled and dielectric breakdown experiments of LiNbO3 and Zn:LiNbO3 crystals. The results show that the theoretical analysis is in agreement with the experimental data.
