摘要
The developments of a novel sucrose-based polymer support (SUBPOL) for both solid-phase peptide synthesis and affinity chromatography are discussed. A solid-phase oligodeoxynucleotide two-step synthetic cycle, using peroxy anion protection, was also studied. The purpose of making the SUBPOL resin was to create a hydrophilic support resin, to which is attached a short synthetic peptide. The SUBPOL serves as as affinity ligand for purification of macromolecules proteins from blood plasma.
