摘要
The influence of different specially synthesized carbon nanomaterials on the structure and properties of electrodeposited copper layers was investigated. AFM and REM measurements showed cauliflowerlike growth of copper nanocomposite structures. The roughness of the layers could be significantly reduced by suitable chemical functionalization of the carbon nanostructures. Compared to pure copper layers, the nanocomposites showed better corrosion resistance, higher hardness and slightly improved electrical conductivity. © 2019 Eugen G. Leuze Verlag.
