摘要
By the characteristic analysis of the typical working conditions of the hydraulic excavator, a boom energy-saving system with closed oil circuit was proposed and the energy-saving principle of the system with the energy accumulator was discussed. The mathematical models were built for the hydraulic and the electric components according to their working principles. The working conditions of its 3 main power components, the accumulator, the electromotor, and the load in the typical excavator working cycle were analyzed. The results of the theoretical analysis and the simulation showed that the boom energy-saving system with closed oil circuit works steadily.compared with the traditional valve-controlled system of the hydraulic excavator, the energy-saving rate of the proposed system reached, providing an encouraging reference for the energy-saving of the hydraulic excavator.
