To more efficiently and conveniently complete the design of basic motion of group calisthenics and reduce the cycle period of large artistic layout, this paper, aiming at the characters of simulated human motion and the deficiency of operation interval algorithm, puts forward the simulation model of human flexibility based on crowd simulated operation interval algorithm. First, we build crowd coordinate projection model according to the relative position of figure criteria and initial criteria. Then we introduce interval algorithm, by means of grid division we conduct optimization on planing strategy of motion track of origin algorithm, computing efficiency and planing effects. Finally, to avoid shortest motion interval being close to the critical value, we put forward security boundary compensation strategy to correct the result of motion track strategy. The simulation experiment proves that this improved algorithm, in comparison with standardized algorithm, possesses better coherence of simulated flexibility.
