摘要
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted much attention because of its simple process, low cost, high efficiency and flexibility for devices. The conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has been constantly renewed in recent years. Due to its higher efficiency compared to polycrystalline silicon solar cells, perovskite solar cells have enormous potential for commercial application. However, the stability of perovskite solar cells still need further improvement. According to recent progress on perovskite solar cells, this paper describes the construction of PSCs, places emphasis on the approaches to obtaining high efficiency perovskite solar cells, and summarizes the appropriate strategies to improve the stability of perovskite solar cells. The trends in development of perovskite solar cells are proposed as well. © 2017, Materials Review Magazine. All right reserved.
