摘要
Aim: To study the influence of trajectory correction shell to exterior ballistic performance when an additional angle of attack exist at the shell head. Methods: By analyzing the exterior ballistic character of the correction shell, an exterior ballistic model is built. According to the exterior ballistic model a simulation software is programmed, and the exterior ballistic performance of the correction shell is processed by the software. Results: According, to the calculated exterior ballistic results, a relation between the angle of attack and the range of the shell is given. Conclusion: The exterior ballistic performance of the trajectory correction shell could be controlled by adjusting the value of the additional angle of attack at the head. The model as well as the simulation results gives an important guidance to advanced study of the control and executive structure of the correction shell.
