A completely different side of chemical engineers in other fields is presented. Richard McDowell, a chemical engineering student, has won the West Midlands Most Enterprising Student award under the Shell Technology Enterprise Programme (Step). Anthony Osunde, a chemical engineering student from the University of Surrey, has won the International Poet of Merit Silver Award.
