Economic and financial analysis of the CUPOVZ project

The economic and financial analysis of the CUPOVZ project, as presented in the paper, starts with some basic assumptions applicable to the project as a whole, while those applicable to individual parts of the analysis are given in relevant sections of the analysis. All elements indispensable for estimating acceptability criteria for the negotiating parties, and those used in profitability analysis, are discussed. It is emphasized that an additional interest of the presented analysis model lies in the fact that it can be applied on similar projects and on other infrastructure facilities.
