摘要
A comprehensive evaluation of the wind farm project not only can improve the efficiency of the wind power companies' output and protect environmental resources as well as energy security, but also could promote the sustained and healthy development of the wind power industry as well as the economy. For the mutual influence and mutual relations between the indicators, this paper applies the analytic network process to a wind farm projects to obtain its index weights. In addition, in order to standardize the experts evaluation criteria, cloud model is used to the evaluation index weight. Therefore, it can be more objective and rational to offer scientific basis and reference for the comprehensive evaluation of such projects. © 2013 Binary Information Press.
