摘要
The paper analyzes the force on the wind turbine blade in different conditions, and determines the relationship between the wind turbine blade damage value and different operation conditions, and the relationship between the wind turbine blade damage value and life of wind turbine blade. With life extension of wind turbine blades as the optimization objective, the optimal dispatch model is established by GA-PSO hybrid algorithm. To take a 49.5MW wind farm as example and meet the load requirements, it was reduced the number of start-stop times and extended the unit life. It is verified feasibility and reliability of the proposed optimal dispatching model.
