摘要
With the improvement of machining precision and the optimization of the production process, the welding deformation controls become the key of shipbuilding accuracy control. To take 57500 DWT bulk carrier bottom section as the research object, it can formulate the welding deformation and welding energy inputting relations and the thickness of plating. Based on the inherent stress of equivalent load method, the hull section of welding deformation is analyzed and calculated by the finite element method, welding deformation is effectively and accurately predicted in the process of hull block, which provides effective basis for the setting of section welding compensation quantity. The actual ship length X, width Y, height Z of three directions are to achieve the demand of precision through the full measurement, so it provides the effective way and method for the widely application of the accuracy control technology in shipbuilding.
