摘要
A technical note was presented on the Trafficon project funded by Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) to bring the benefits of latest technologies to the public. The degrees of saturation (DS) values were processed to determine the level of congestion for all pre-defined road sections. The low, medium and high levels of congestion were displayed as green, yellow and red respectively.
