The part of the customer can be taken either by an administration, a company or a private person. The administration provides electronically supported services for its customers. In the field of e-government new media like WWW shall be used for the electronic support of services. The kind of support of such services by techniques of WWW was subject of a project that is described exemplarily in this paper. © Oldenbourg Verlag
