He2+formation in collisions between He+ions and Ne atoms

摘要：
The single-electron-loss (SEL) cross section dependence on the incident energy for the He+-Ne collisions in an energy range of 2.0-5.0 keV was discussed. He+ions were formed in an arc discharge source and ions were extracted and accelerated by Wien filter. Results showed that absolute differential cross sections displays a decreasing behaviour with increasing angle and electron-loss cross section has a monotonically increasing behaviour as a function of incident energy.
