摘要
The potential of selling green energy to the European customers in the form of green certificates is discussed. A green certificates is a certificate representing all the benefits of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources. At European level, green certificates are supported by the Renewable Energy Certificate System (RECS), which aimed at promoting certificates as efficient tools to stimulate the production and uptake of electricity from renewable energy resources. The certificates offer the clarity and authenticity that the renewable energy market is looking for.
