摘要
Lithium phosphate glass powder was prepared by quenching the melt in water. Then the glass samples were prepared by dry-pressing and heat-treatment and their electrical properties were examined. It was found that the variation of the activation energy for conduction, E, for samples heat-treated at temperature lower than the transition temperature (Tg) is different from that for samples heat-treated at temperature higher than Tg. As the heat-treatment time prolongs, however, E for all the examined samples gradually tends to a constant. A possible explanation for this experimental phenomenon was proposed based on analyzing the effect of heat-treatment on the microstructure of the samples.
