摘要
In order to develop low emission MSW gasification and melting technology, waste paper, which is widely existed in municipal solid waste (MSW), was pyrolyzed and gasified in fluidized beds. The experiments were carried out at different excessive air ratios (0-0.8) and temperatures (400-700°C), and the products were analyzed in detail. For pyrolysis, with temperature increasing, the yields of pyrolysis tar and gas increased, while that of pyrolysis char was decreased; when temperature was or over 600°C, the yield of pyrolysis gas reached about 60%. For gasification, the highest gasification efficiency was 32%when temperature was 700°C and excessive air ratio was 0.6, under this condition the LHV of syngas, carbon conversion efficiency and yield of syngas were about 2150 kJ/Nm3, 80% and 2.3 Nm3/kg respectively.
