摘要
In the process of slurry shield tunneling, a large amount of heat generated by friction between cutter head and soil leads to the solidification of muck, which aggravates the problem of clay clogging. At the same time, high thermal stress will also cause damage to cutter head structure. Based on the ANSYS Workbench, the temperature field and stress field of cutter head caused by friction heat are calculated. The results show that: The distribution law of stress field and temperature field of cutter head is consistent. There are stress concentration and high temperature near the outer edge of cutter head and the face plate near the bracket column. The friction heat will cause the stress of cutter head to increase continuously. With the increase of cutter head temperature, the high stress area will expand. With the rotation of the cutter head, the maximum and average temperature of the cutter head increase linearly with time. The maximum and average temperature of cutter head increased by 6.35℃ and 0.019℃ per second respectively. © 2020, Editorial Office of China Civil Engineering Journal. All right reserved.
